When @Dorie Clark posted this, I didn’t realize how perfectly it would capture the spirit of my conversation with Tony Martignetti: “Each time you show up, you’re casting a vote for the person you’re becoming.”
We’ve all been in that space of becoming – when we’re searching for a new path in work or in life. It’s a time that often brings fear, uncertainty, and self-doubt. It can feel lonely and uncomfortable — and yet, it’s where growth begins.
In this episode of the Ripples of Change podcase, I talk with Tony Martignetti about moving past that fear and finding courage on the other side of the discomfort.
In order for me to live a more fulfilled life, I needed to find a way to shift, out of the paralyzing process of staying put because it felt comfortable. But realizing that on the other side of all that fear and the things that are holding me back is the possibility of something bigger and better. Not easy, but something better for me and possibly having an impact on other people’s lives in a different way.
